What is the Law of Attraction?

Let’s start by asking you a question: Have you ever heard of the Law of Gravitation?

Well, of course you have, but if we had been in the 1600’s and I had asked you the question you would have been clueless. Gravitation was only discovered in 1687 yet people, plants, animals and objects have been affected by it since the beginning of the earth.

Could it then be possible that there are other “Laws” that have not been identified?

Yes!

Here’s your next question: Have you ever heard of the Law of Attraction?

No? Maybe? Well, guess what? You have just been introduced to one of THE MOST IMPORTANT facts of the universe.

The Law of Attraction states that what ever you focus on will come to you multiplied.

We are all bodies of energy and each of us carries a vibration. Every emotion, thought, word and action has a unique vibration. When we feel guilt or self-blame we are vibrating at a very low rate. When we are grateful and loving we raise our vibration.

This is how the whole universe works. It is very simple.

If you vibrate at a low frequency you will attract low frequency things into your life. Vibrate at a higher frequency and your life changes dramatically.

Focus on the negative and the universe will provide you with events to feel negative about. Start exhibiting a state of permanent gratefulness and the universe will lavish you with things to be grateful for.

I understand that this might seem a little bit far-fetched when heard for the first time but try it. You cannot lose anything. YOU HAVE EVERYTHING TO GAIN AND NOTHING TO LOSE. I’m not sure about you but that sounds like a jolly good deal to me.

I keep a Journal of Gratitude and write in it daily, mentioning my bus that was on time, the food I was able to prepare for my family, the clean bed I sleep in, the buy one get one free offer on my favourite shampoo….

The things we have to be grateful for are endless-we just need to start being aware of them and I promise they will multiply tenfold.

Go on, give it a try- even if you don’t start a Journal, just start by living in a state of love, acceptance and gratitude. It will be one of the best things you can do for yourself. Go on… YOU DESERVE IT!
