How to be Naturally Healthy
What does being healthy mean to you?
Not being tired when running up the stairs? No, that's fitness. Eating all organic food and no meat? No, that's a healthy diet.
Being healthy means being healthy in BODY AND MIND.
Your mind plays an incredibly important role in your body's well being. The natural state of our body is one of health in abundance. Our bodies are DESIGNED to be healthy.
If you are unwell YOUR BODY IS TRYING TO TELL YOU THAT SOMETHING IS WRONG.
A truly healthy body will not need to call attention to itself. If it is calling for help, you need to do it some good. If you have a headache, back pain, chronic disease, pain or inflammation, your body is urging you to FIND AND FIX THE CAUSE.
DON'T JUST TREAT THE SYMPTOMS
The power that made the body can heal the body. Health does not come from a pill, a potion, a lotion, surgery, a doctor or even an herb.
The fact that the body is a mass of molecules implies that we are entities of energy and are susceptible to resonance. Our bodies ultimately are domains of information, intelligence and energy. We now know there is a link between disease and retained emotion. All occurrences that affect our lives are registered in our cellular matrix. If these events are traumatic (such as pain, illness, injury, grief, surgery, shock, and trauma) they may exert a lasting effect.
NEGATIVE EMOTIONS linked to past memories trapped in the cells can make you UNHEALTHY.
Trapped emotions can block the flow of nerve information and lead to all manner of problems. Toxic emotions are powerful. Release the NEGATIVE EMOTION and the change is immediate. Any memory that triggers anger, hurt, sadness, fear or guilt needs to be healed and released.
All negative emotions and illnesses are due to an imbalance in the body's subtle energy system. Your body can heal itself- it comes from the body's own innate intelligence and inborn wisdom to survive and rejuvenate.
As primitive beings we did not have doctors or pharmaceutical drugs. Yet, we were healthier. Your body was designed to be able to heal itself. Adding unnecessary and toxic elements to it does not help.
The quicker you realise this the sooner you will be empowered to heal yourself- which is the ONLY TRUE AND PERMANENT HEALING.
The best way to start this is to start to form a relationship with your body. Start talking to it- in a positive way.
So many of us only talk to our bodies when we see or feel something wrong. When you treat your body the way you would treat an unwanted and unloved child, you will not get any results. You can do all you want and try as hard as you can but your relationship is not one where you will see a reaction. Change the relationship and you will start to change the results. Treat your body like a friend and you will start to benefit. Congratulate and thank your body for the things it can do. Stop focusing on what it can't.
Work on this relationship every day and I guarantee you will start to look and feel healthier.
