Stress
Do you feel like you have a "stress monster" just waiting to jump on your back?
That if you allow it to it could just take over your whole life and send you spinning?
How about I teach you a great instant and FREE way to MANAGE STRESS IMMEDIATELY?
Ready?
Place you left hand palm down on your belly button...
Place your right hand palm down on your chest...
Now, take a deep breath...
...and e..x...h...a...l...e...
Feels good doesn't it?
Now, take another deep breath and notice what happens with your hands:
Does your right hand move up and down?
If so, you are breathing in your chest
and will be more prone to stress
as you are not breathing properly enough for the body to maintain a balance.
Does your left hand move up and down?
Hooray! You are getting some of the benefits of breathing properly
but could possibly improve your breathing technique to reduce stress.
Your aim is to take a deep breath (in AND out)
WITHOUT having the right hand on the chest move.
You want to imagine a balloon in your stomach:
Inhale and INFLATE the balloon
Exhale and DEFLATE the balloon
This is called tummy breathing and the aim is
to have your tummy shaped like a Buddha's belly
when you inhale and completely flat (even pulled in) when you exhale...
Do this a few times whenever you feel stressed
and also before bed to improve your sleep.
I hope this helps you just as it has many many people.
