How to cure lower back pain in days...

My husband had lower back pain for 10 years.
X-rays had revealed that he had a slightly slipped disc in his back.
He had been to see Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Sports Therapists, Acupuncturists, Physiotherapists and nothing had worked.

Eventually he allowed the pain to control him
and he grew frustrated and worried daily about how
he would play with our children when the time came.

After 10 years and an unknown amount spent on
professionals we were willing to try anything.

We experimented with various techniques and this is what we found:

When we focus on something, we give it energy.

When we focus on pain, we attract pain.

When we focus on love, we attract love.

Our bodies are designed to be healthy-
If your body is in a state of dis-ease
it is trying to tell you something is wrong.

There may be various reasons why your body
has created this dis-ease and it is up to you to play detective.

In my husband’s case it was more than one reason...

Instant natural headache relief

Here is an old traditional way of treating a headache
immediately and without pills!

My husband and I use it all the time
and have stopped buying painkillers long ago

It is an acupoint and can be found here

The point is just off the index finger bone
and should be slightly tender.
It might hurt a little but is worth it when your
headache is relieved almost immediately.

Feel around for it until you find it.

Squeeze the point with your thumb at the top
and forefinger at the bottom of your squeezed hand.

Hold for 10 seconds and release

Take a deep breath in and out...

Repeat 3 times

Use it as often as you like whenever you need relief from headaches.

This point induces labour and should not be used by pregnant women.

Here is a 100% natural technique to relieve menstrual pain within seconds.

It is an acupressure point and can be found here

Use your index finger to locate the point.
It should be slightly tender.
If you feel nothing:
you are not on the right point.

Just feel around until you find a spot that makes you flinch a little.

Press the point (with your index finger) for 10 seconds

then release for 10 seconds and rub the spot.

repeat 3 times whilst breathing deeply.

DO NOT use when pregnant. This point induces labour.

I have written an eBook on the 10 most important acupoints.
Keep your eyes and ears open for the release date.

Stress

Do you feel like you have a "stress monster" just waiting to jump on your back?

That if you allow it to it could just take over your whole life and send you spinning?

How about I teach you a great instant and FREE way to MANAGE STRESS IMMEDIATELY?

Ready?

Place you left hand palm down on your belly button...
Place your right hand palm down on your chest...
Now, take a deep breath...

...and e..x...h...a...l...e...

Feels good doesn't it?

Now, take another deep breath and notice what happens with your hands:

Does your right hand move up and down?
If so, you are breathing in your chest
and will be more prone to stress
as you are not breathing properly enough for the body to maintain a balance.

Does your left hand move up and down?
Hooray! You are getting some of the benefits of breathing properly
but could possibly improve your breathing technique to reduce stress.

Your aim is to take a deep breath (in AND out)
WITHOUT having the right hand on the chest move.

You want to imagine a balloon in your stomach:

Inhale and INFLATE the balloon
Exhale and DEFLATE the balloon

This is called tummy breathing and the aim is
to have your tummy shaped like a Buddha's belly
when you inhale and completely flat (even pulled in) when you exhale...

Do this a few times whenever you feel stressed
and also before bed to improve your sleep.

I hope this helps you just as it has many many people.

The Meaning of Life

What is it?

Is it happiness?
Or is it love?
Or giving?

Is it all a massive test or is it simply an experiment orchestrated by mice?

Is this the only one or do we recycle?

Many very wise people have tried to answer it and many of them might have been right.

and I have found my answer:

I ask myself 2 questions:

1. Have I given JOY?

and

2. Have I experienced JOY?

I think if every single religion were based on these principles
we would be a bunch much better off.

Have a truly lovely day...

Good vs Evil

We all perceive ourselves as having a good and an evil side.

The evil may consist of guilt we feel for things we have done
yesterday, a decade ago or in a previous life.

The good consists of our higher and true self
and a rememberance of our loving nature.

And in my experience the good is immensely bigger
than the evil in most, if not all of us.

Yet, so many of us believe that the evil side of us is so much bigger than it really is.
We fight every day to "contol" or "conquer" or "hide" it.
We fear what will happen when we release this evil being on the planet.

Stop.

I know you are not as bad as you think you are.

Honestly, our evilness comes out when we try and hide something
we think we are but are not.
We are sensitive and snap or defend or justify
something we think is real but isn't.

You do not have a big monster hiding under all the layers of you.

You have a beautiful and loving being waiting to come out
and embrace the world and everything in it.

Honestly.

I challenge you to peel away the layers and discover the true you...
the gem that is meant to be bestowed on the world

Freedom...

I recently read another of Paulo Coelho's books and came upon this gem:

Freedom is not the absence of commitments-
but the ability to choose
-and commit myself to-
what is best for me.
