Lose Weight Naturally- Tip 2

I told you last week that I will provide you
with one tip each week
that will allow you to
lose weight naturally.

No pills- no surgery- no diets

Just healthy liefstyle changes.

This week's tip:

Put your knife and fork down
in between every bite.

Take a bite...
put your knife and fork down...
breathe and chew...
swallow...and then only
do you pick up your knife and fork
to take your next bite.

Eating mindfully instead of
just pushing food into your mouth
has many benefits.

The main one is
better digestion...
which leads to...

you guessed it!

Weight loss!

So, eat mindfully and
lose weight the natural way.

Happy munching...

Natural Weight Loss- at least 5 pounds per week!

Don't take pills or go on fad diets.

There are surefire ways to lose at least 5 pounds
per week just by changing your habits.

Do not eat carbohydrates after 6pm.
Carbohydrates are white flour pastas, potatoes, crisps, bread, etc.
Have fish, chicken, meat and vegetables instead.
You can even substitute potatoes with sweet potatoes.
They taste better anyway!

I promise if you have your carbs during the day
instead of in the evening you will
sleep better,
not feel bloated,
have less gas and
lose weight!

I'll be posting a new tip every week-
and soon you'll be able to buy my
Everything you need to know about your body
in order to Lose Weight eBook

And REMEMBER- the most important tip is
to drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
Feel free to add a little bit of lemon juice or even
fruit cordial to the water (but only a little bit!)

Enough water is vital if you want your body
to respond to the changes you are making
in order to lose the weight.

Good luck and remember
to come back next week for the next tip...

Perfect Peace

There once was a King
who offered a prize to the artist who would
paint the best picture of peace.

Many artists tried.
The King looked at all the pictures,
but there were only two he really liked
and he had to choose between them.

One picture was of a calm lake.
The lake was a perfect mirror for
peaceful towering mountains were all around it.

Overhead was a blue sky with fluffy white clouds.
All who saw this picture thought that it was
a perfect picture of peace.

The other picture had mountains too.
But these were rugged and bare.
Above was an angry sky from which rain fell,
in which lightning played.
Down the side of the mountain tumbled a foaming waterfall.
This did not look peaceful at all.

But when the King looked, he saw behind the waterfall
a tiny bush growing in a crack in the rock.
In the bush a mother bird had built her nest.
There, in the midst of the rush of angry water, sat the
mother bird on her nest ... perfect peace.

Which picture do you think won the prize?

The King chose the second picture.
Do you know why?

"Because," explained the King,
"peace does not mean to be in a place
where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work.

Peace means to be inthe midst of all those things
and still be calm in your heart.
That is the real meaning of peace."

Native American Prayer

O Great Spirit, Hear me!

I am small and weak.
I need your strength and wisdom.
Let me walk in beauty

and make my eyes ever behold the sunset.
Make my hands respect the things you have made

and my ears sharp to hear your voice.
Make me wise so that I may understand

the things you have taught my people.

Let me learn the lessons

you have hidden in every leaf and rock.

I seek strength, not to be greater than my brother,

but to fight my greatest enemy - myself.

Make me always ready to come to you

with clean hands and straight eyes.

So when life fades, as the fading sunset,

my spirit may come to you without shame.
