You still might have an issue or two in your emotional life or a physical problem or two that, although not life-threatening, affects your health. Meditation might be easy for you, and you can benefit from it immensely. You have fewer barriers than most in your path, so meditate whenever you can. Sitting meditation, moving meditation, creative visualization, mindfulness meditation try it all! Become an expert.
You might just attain enlightenment!
If your score was between 10 and 29 :
You have some blocks, like most people do. Some of them might be serious and might be causing you some physical and/or emotional problems. But you can deal with these blocks, and you can get rid of them. Meditation can be a great way for you to get back in touch with your inner self. Remembering who you are and learning to trust your instincts can help you become unblocked; meditation is a great technique to facilitate this. It can also clue you in to other worthy avenues to pursue such as bodywork, counseling or medical treatment.
If your score was between 31 and 60 :
You're experiencing some major blocks, and whether they are based on physical or emotional problems, they are almost certainly causing some health problems for you, even if minor ones. If you remain blocked, these physical problems might worsen, might disappear and reappear as more serious problems, and/or might expand into your emotional realm. They may already be affecting your emotional life, personal relationships, and self-esteem. Try improving your diet and exercise habits, receiving periodic massage or other bodywork, and consulting a physician or qualified holistic health practitioner for advice on your physical symptoms. Also consider seeking a counselor or receiving some type of bodywork that manipulates energy. Moving meditation may be just the ticket for shaking those blocks loose. Sitting or prone meditation, particularly in the form of the mind-body scan, can help you get back in touch with your body to determine where any physical blockages are located. But when you are feeling at your worst, exercise or practice moving meditation rather than sitting and dwelling.
