How to release ANXIETY in seconds
Anxiety is feeling nervous or stressed about something in the future (uncertain future).
Sit or lie comfortably
- Close your eyes
- Float up and out of your body
- See yourself from outside your own body
- Now become aware of your timeline
- Where is your past?
- Where is your future?
- Where is the event you are anxious about?
- Now float up, up, up above your timeline
- Float forwards to 15 minutes AFTER the event
- Drop down INTO the timeline at 15 minutes after the event
- Now, turn and face the present
- You are looking THROUGH the event and looking back to NOW
- Where is the anxiety?
- It should have disappeared or diminished at the very least
- Now, float up, up, up again
- Float back to NOW
- Return to your body
- Take a deep breath before opening your eyes
This is very handy for exams, interviews, sporting events and everything else that makes you feel nervous or anxious. It works because when we are AFTER the event and look back the event is over and we realise that we’ll still be fine no matter what the turnout.
