GOAL REALISATION Method


• Ask yourself: What do I want? State it in the positive and consider the steps needed to be taken to realise this goal.

• How will you know when you have realised this goal? What will you see, hear and feel?

• When, where and with whom do you want this outcome to occur?

• What effect(s) will achieving this goal have or create?

• When you know what it is you want, imagine yourself already having it. See it big and make the pictures move, 3 dimensional, in colour and with stereo sound.

• Now associate yourself with this movie. Climb into the movie and experience everything first hand. Enjoy this process and look back from where you have come to where you are now.

• Step out of the future and walk back to where you started, and as you do so take notice of the steps you took along the way.

• Step back into the present, remembering the pathway to your future.

• Schedule your pathway by writing down short, middle and long term goals in order to reach your outcome.
