How to Accelerate Healing and Double Efficiency

This is a must for anyone. This does not require a lot of effort and speeds up recovery after surgery or being ill for a while. These exercises can also be done by the fit and healthy to improve energy levels and efficiency.

We are all bodies of energy. We vibrate at a certain frequency and the energy moves in certain ways. When we operate at our most efficient, our energies "cross over".

As the left brain affects the right body and vice versa, so the energies flow.

But a lot of people have homolateral energy patterns. Their energy travels straight up and down the body and doesn't cross over. This means they are functioning at 50% efficiency.

There are exercises you can do to make the energies cross and raise your efficiency levels.

When we lie down for days our energy runs homolaterally. This will slow the healing process.

There are 2 exercise of vital importance that need to be done:

1. Cross Crawls
This is ANY exercise that allows the limbs to cross over the centre of the body.
For example: touching your right knee with your left hand and vice versa.
Opposite elbows to opposite knees is another

• You can do this standing or lying down
• AIDED or UNAIDED
• NEVER cause the person to strain.
• Only gentle movements and only do 10 repetitions per side at a time.
• Allow rest in between sets and try to do 3 sets at a time.
• Attempt to do this at least 3 times a day

2. Figure Eights • Imagine a figure of eight laying on its side- the eternity symbol.
• Now draw the symbol in the air in front of you with your finger.
• Draw it as BIG as possible.
• Draw 10 with the right hand
• Draw 10 with the left

It is also good if the person can hold a pen or chalk or a crayon and let them draw it on paper or on a board.

This exercise not only works as a "cross crawl" (when done in the air) but also allows the energies to "remember" the cross over pattern.
