Phobia Cure Method


• Imagine yourself seated in front of a large screen

• See a black and white snapshot of yourself on the screen

• Float out of your body and into the projection room behind or above you.

• See yourself watching the snapshot of yourself on the screen.

• Watch the movie of a younger you going through one of the situations which trigger the fear/ phobia.

• Watch the whole event from beginning until the fear has passed and you feel safe again.

• End the movie with a snapshot of yourself again.

• Float back into the body of you watching the screen and then float into the image on the screen.

• Play the same movie backwards, in colour, taking 2 seconds or less to do so.

• Associate with everything in the memory from when it was over to when it all began.

• Run the movie forward or backward and add some comedy. Add amusing music or characters and have fun with it.

• Run this until you all the phobic response has disappeared.

• Understand that in the past you have protected yourself from certain things and have not necessarily learnt from it.

• Now you know that you can maturely look at a situation and teach your body positive ways in which to respond in order to learn.
