BASIC RECIPE

Memorize The Basic Recipe.
Aim it at any emotional or physical problem by customizing it with an appropriate Setup and Reminder Phrase.
Be specific where possible and aim EFT at the specific emotional events in ones life that may underlie the problem.

Where necessary, be persistent until all aspects of the problem have vanished. Try it on everything!!

The discovery statement:

THE CAUSE OF ALL NEGATIVE EMOTIONS IS A DISRUPTION IN THE BODY'S ENERGY SYSTEM.

 

EFT Terminology box

1. The Setup ...Repeat 3 times:

"Even though I …..(problem)…
I deeply and completely accept myself."

while continuously rubbing or tapping the Karate Chop point.

 

2. The Sequence...Tap (lightly with your fingertips) about 5-7 times on each of the following energy points while repeating the Reminder Phrase at each point.

EB - Beginning of eyebrow


SE - Side of eye (outside corner of eye)


UE - Under eye (on upper cheek bone-directly under pupil)


UN - Under nose (in the little hollow above your upper lip)


Ch - Chin (in the middle of your chin)


CB - Collar bone (in little hollow close to the point in your chest where your collar bone begins)


UA - Under arm (on your side where your bra would pass)


Th - Thumb (on the inside corner of your thumbnail)


IF - Index finger (on the inside corner of the nail)


MF - middle finger (on the inside corner of the nail)


BF - Baby finger (on the inside corner of the nail)

 

And back to the KC- Karate Chop point

 

USE THE GAMUT PROCEDURE FOR STUBBORN ISSUES THAT DO NOT RELEASE AFTER 3 ROUNDS

 

3. The 9 Gamut Procedure...Continuously tap on the Gamut point

 

(point on top of your hand between the ring and baby finger bones about ½ inch from knuckles) while performing each of these 9 actions:

  • Close eyes
  • Open eyes
  • Look hard down right (without moving the head)
  • Look hard down left (without moving the head)
  • Roll eyes in circle
  • Roll eyes in other direction
  • Hum 2 lines of a song (Happy birthday works nicely)
  • Count to 5
  • Hum 2 lines of a song

 

4. The Sequence (again)...Tap about 5-7 times on each of the following energy points while repeating the Reminder Phrase at each point.

EB, SE, UE, UN, Ch, CB, UA, Th, IF, MF, BF, KC

Note: In subsequent rounds The Setup and the Reminder Phrase are adjusted to reflect the fact that you are addressing the remaining problems:

 

Set up:

"Even though I have this still remaining…..(problem)…
I deeply and completely accept myself."

Reminder : “This still remaining……(problem)”
