Crystal Therapy
The most important thing I feel you need to know about crystals, is that they choose us, not the other way around. Don’t worry too much about getting the right crystal. If one attracts you, it is meant for you and will benefit you regardless of anything else.
Crystals perform a gentle, non-invasive form of healing that works with the vibrations of the crystals and the vibrations of your being and incorporates you inner healer to bring balance.
Through colour, resonance and vibration crystals heal naturally and holistically.
They can be used in many ways and I am no expert on the subject.
I can tell you how I use my crystals to benefit me:
I sleep with amethyst under my pillow to encourage lucid dreams and peaceful sleep.
I have a smoky quartz crystal and a rose quartz lamp next to my computer screen to block electromagnetic frequencies and improve my pc’s performance.
When I meditate I place clear quartz at my head, to open my crown chakra and help me focus, rose quartz on my heart, to get me in touch with my emotions, and usually a crystal of my choice on my solar plexus.
I wear lapis lazuli around my neck to enhance my communication and turquoise when I need to protect myself from others’ energies.
I wear my sugilite ring when I want to feel loved, wise and open to my spiritual awareness.
I wear my moonstone earrings when I want to feel empathetic and calm.
My husband sleeps with a rose quartz above his head to feel unconditional love and peace.
And then I have an array of crystals I have collected. I hold some of them when I feel attracted to them and they bring interesting emotions with them.
As with any of the therapies, I urge you to explore. Have fun with your crystals and clean and energize them regularly!
